Bloom 6
Today was warm and sunny. A perfect day for travel. AS I paddle the boat there's tons of animalfolk playing a game along the river. A few shrew tell me its practice for the Tugball competition at the end of the season. The game involves players in canoes to toss balls to each other. I dont quite understand the goal but I do understand the joy. Their faces were wet with the river and bright with exertion. I didnt stay in the area for too long though. The ball wasnt always kept under control and I'm not too keen on anything breaking on my raft.
When I got to Rueberry the harbormaster told me the wharf is being repaired so I have to wait till tomorrow to dock. Mighty unfortunate. But its bound to be a good story I can ask my customers about. Till tomorrow I suppose I'll just keep myself busy.

P.S. The river was lit up tonight like you wouldnt believe! I was just about to turn in for the night when I heard the buzzing grow louder. When I looked outside I saw this huge swarm of insects swimming through the water! It was the prettiest turquoise I've ever seen. I swear my jaw stayed on the floor till they passed. I can only hope I didnt eat any of them. Maybe if I did, my insides would be that color too. It was just, wow
